I was once a teenaged American boy. High libido, replete with cash from part time after-school jobs and cocksure enough to know right from wrong and to know that I didn't want anyone telling me what to do. I was once the ideal audience for these kinds of comics, and saw the appeal of Ayn Rand in my high school years....but later outgrew both superheroes and Objectivism because neither was realistic or practical for a well adjusted adult.
